01Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Charlotte Real Estate Media ("CREM") website and your booking of our photography, video, drone, floor plan, and related media services. By booking a shoot or using this website, you agree to these Terms.

02Booking & Scheduling

Appointments can be requested online or by texting or calling 980-580-8047. A booking is confirmed once we acknowledge it directly. We ask that the property be photo-ready at the scheduled time — though our team handles on-site preparation like opening blinds and turning on lights as part of our white-glove service.

03Cancellations & Rescheduling

Plans change — we get it. Please give us as much notice as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule. Cancellations made with very short notice, or shoots where access to the property is unavailable on arrival, may be subject to a trip fee.

04Delivery

We deliver completed media — including cinematic video — next day following your shoot, barring exceptional circumstances such as weather delays affecting drone capture. Media is delivered through an online gallery with MLS- and social-ready downloads.

05Payment

Payment terms are presented at the time of booking. Final media and full-resolution downloads may be withheld until payment is received. Pricing for packages and add-ons is provided on request.

06Licensing & Usage Rights

On full payment, you receive a license to use the delivered media to market the specific listing or your real estate brand. Media may not be resold, sublicensed, or transferred to a third party without our written permission.

CREM retains copyright to all media we create and may use it in our portfolio and marketing unless you request otherwise in writing.

07Drone Operations

All drone flights are conducted by FAA Part 107 certified pilots in compliance with applicable regulations. Some locations may have airspace restrictions that prevent or limit aerial capture; where that occurs, we will let you know and adjust the shoot accordingly.

08Limitation of Liability

Our services are provided with professional care. To the fullest extent permitted by law, CREM's liability for any claim related to our services is limited to the amount paid for the affected shoot. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

09Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "last updated" date below reflects the most recent version. Continued use of our website or services means you accept the updated Terms.
